1. This is shared tour. You will joined by another guest in our small group (maximum 4 to 6 person in the car and Jeep).
2. If you book at least 4 person, we will upgrade to private tour without additional price.

5. Airport pickup, drop-off, and inter-city transfer are with private car.

Eligibility
• Available for non-Indonesian passport holders.
• Minimum bookings of 2 persons and must be aged 5+ to participate in this activity.
• This activity is not wheelchair accessible.
Prohibitions & Limitations
1. This activity is not recommended for anyone with impaired physical mobility, pregnant women, and anyone with certain medical conditions such as high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.
2. This tour could be canceled due to extreme weather or unforeseen events. If canceled, you may book a different date or ask for a refund.
Ijen “Taxi”
Ijen “taxi” or traditional cart is not included in the package. If you want to use the facility, please prepare your cash money, only accept Indonesia Rupiah. No ATM or card payment in Ijen.
Ijen Health Certificate
Since January 2024 every visitor to Ijen must bring health certificate.
Health certificate is included in the package. Just send your passport photo to our guide and he will process it for you.

You’ll get your booking confirmation at WhatsApp. If you don’t see any confirmation, reach out to our customer support here
Hotel Pickup Information
1. Our driver will text you in WhatsApp to confirm pickup time.
2. Please be ready at hotel lobby 5 minutes before your pickup time.
3. Driver will wait up to 15 minutes before leaving, no refunds after this time.
4. Pickup and drop-off outside coverage area will incur an additional surcharge.
5. Your pickup time can be changes depend on pickup order, traffic, and other conditions.
