Airport Pickup Information
Labuan Bajo Komodo Airport (LBJ) pickup arrival time before 10.00 AM local time on the first day of the tour.
Airport drop-off departure time after 2.00 PM on last day of the tour.
Additional Information
Phinisi boat types and rooms might be changed due to availability.
- If there is a change in the Phinisi boat or the available Phinisi boat option is different from the photos, participants are required to confirm an agreement prior to make bookings.
- If there is a surcharge when the Phinisi boat is changed, participants have to pay the least amount of fee.
- Phinisi boat can be replace it with another offering similar facilities and with no downgrade. The finalization of the room and boat will be informed a maximum of 48 hours after the operator receive your booking.
- For safety purposes, it is not recommended for women more than 2 months pregnant, children aged 1-2 years, and anyone that has health problem to participate in this activity.

In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund.

- Refunds and changes in date or time may be accommodated in cases of cancellation due to force majeure or unforeseen events. This is subject to merchant/operator approval. Smiletrip will not be held responsible for unapproved changes or refunds.
