- Not wheelchair accessible.
- No infants. Children 5+ year must be accompanied by an adult.
- Visitors who suffer from asthma, hypothermia and vertigo etc can not do this tour.
Know Before You Go
The trek up to the Ijen Crater can be physically challenging, so it is recommended for those with a moderate level of fitness.
This tour starts at midnight, so it is advised to get plenty of rest before the tour and bring warm clothing for the early morning weather.

Ijen “Taxi”
Ijen “taxi” or traditional cart is not included in the package. If you want to use the facility, please prepare your own money, they only accept cash payment in Indonesia Rupiah.
Ijen Health Certificate
Since January 2024 every visitor to Ijen must bring health certificate.
If you don’t bring your own health certificate, you can check at clinic in Ijen area. Our driver or tour guide will assists you.
Health certificate is not included in the package. Bring cash money for payment (IDR 40.000).
Hotel & Airport Pick Up Information
1. For hotel pickup, please send your hotel details.
2. Please be ready at hotel lobby 5 minutes before your selected pick up time.
3. Our driver will reconfirm your pick-up time in Whatsapp.
4. Driver will wait for up to 10 minutes before leaving, no refunds after this time.
5. Pick up and drop off outside our coverage area will incur an additional surcharge.
6. Your pickup time can be changes depend on the pickup order.
