Know Before You Go
The trek up to the Ijen Crater can be physically challenging, so it is recommended for those with a moderate level of fitness.
This tour starts at midnight, so it is advised to get plenty of rest before the tour and bring warm clothes for early morning weather.

- This package available for non-Indonesian passport holders.
- Minimum bookings of 1 persons and must be aged 5+ to participate in this activity.
- This activity is not wheelchair accessible.
Prohibitions and Limitations
- This activity is not recommended for traveler with impaired physical mobility, pregnant women, and anyone with certain medical conditions such as high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.
- This trip could be canceled due to extreme weather or unforeseen events. If canceled, you may book a different date or ask for a refund.

Ijen “Taxi”
Ijen “taxi” or traditional cart is not included in the package. If you want to use the facility, please prepare your cash money, only accept Indonesia Rupiah. No ATM or card payment in Ijen.
Ijen Health Certificate
Since January 2024 every visitor to Ijen must bring health certificate.
If you don’t bring your own health certificate, you can process at Ijen. Our tour guide will assists you.
Health certificate is not included in the package. Bring cash money for payment (IDR 40,000).

Hotel Pickup Information
- Our driver will text you in WhatsApp to confirm pickup time.
- Please be ready at hotel lobby 5 minutes before your pickup time.
- Driver will wait up to 15 minutes before leaving, no refunds after this time.
- Pickup and drop-off outside coverage area will incur an additional surcharge.
