Operasional Smiletrip tutup sementara mulai 12 Oktober sampai 30 November 2025.
Selama periode tutup, kami tidak memproses semua booking, request trip, dan tidak membalas WhatsApp, email, dan semua akun media sosial Smiletrip juga tidak aktif.
Trip yang sudah dibooking selama periode tutup dianggap batal (cancel) tanpa refund dan tanpa reschedule.
Kami akan buka kembali pada 1 Desember 2025 atau dengan pengumuman lebih lanjut. Terima kasih!
Smiletrip will be temporarily closed from 12 October until 30 November 2025.
We will not process any bookings, trip enquirys. We will also not reply WhatsApp and emails during closed period.
Our customer support and all social media will be inactive during closed period.
Trips that have been booked until 30 November 2025 will be cancelled without any refund or reschedule.
